    Your session follows the EnduroLiving Contrast Ritual — a structured heat and cold sequence designed for optimal adaptation and recovery.

    Session Format – 2 Rounds (Approx. 40 minutes total):

    Infrared Sauna – 12–15 minutes at 60–65°C

    Cold Plunge – 2–3 minutes at 6–10°C

    Enter slowly, breathe deeply, and stay calm

    Exit with control and dry fully before re-entering the sauna

    Reset – 2–3 minutes of rest
