General Information
We operate in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
Our team is trained in first aid and emergency response.
CCTV is in operation and covers the main entrance area.Public Liability Insurance is held and displayed on site.
Emergency: Dial 999.
Nearest Hospital: James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough
Defibrillator: Located in main entrance area at The Outpost.
First Aid Kit: Located in rear kitchen area at The Outpost.

Cold Plunge
Temperature: 6–10°C
Recommended immersion: 2–3 minutes maximum
Enter and exit slowly, breathe calmly.
Do not use if pregnant, or with heart or circulatory conditions.
Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, numb, or short of breath.
Shower before use. Swimwear required.

Infrared Sauna
Temperature: 60–65°C
Recommended duration: 12–15 minutes
Sit on a towel to protect surfaces.
Hydrate before and after.
Do not use if pregnant, with heart disease, fever, or after alcohol.
Exit immediately if you feel unwell.

Use all facilities at your own risk.
Report any faults, damage, or incidents to staff immediately.
Keep the environment calm — mindful recovery space.
No glass, food, or alcohol in recovery zones.
Wipe down and return equipment after use.
Personal belongings remain your responsibility.

Check-in and Check-out so that we know who is on site at all times.
Complete our Health & Safety Waiver and Medical Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
If unsure about any condition, consult your GP before use.
