This website is operated by EnduroLiving (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at 10 Dundas Street West, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire, TS12 1BL. “EnduroLiving” is the umbrella for our products — EnduroIndex, EnduroAge, The Longevity Project and EnduroPerformance — and for The Outpost, our recovery and testing facility in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

EnduroLiving is an educational performance, recovery and longevity system. Our content, scores, assessments and sessions are for general wellbeing and information only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of your GP or a suitably qualified clinician about any medical condition, before starting any new exercise, heat, cold or altitude activity, and if you are pregnant. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999.

Heat, cold and altitude carry risks. You must complete our health screening honestly before booking a session (see our health & safety information). A flagged answer means we ask you to speak to our team rather than book online. You use the facilities at your own risk and within the published guidance.

Some products need an EnduroLiving account — one login across everything. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate details and keep them up to date. You must be at least 18 to hold an account and to buy from us.

“Account holder” is the free universal login. “Outpost member” is a paid Outpost membership. They are different things — you can be either, both or neither.

Through EnduroLiving you can, among other things:

• subscribe to EnduroIndex (£4.99/month or £39.99/year after a 7-day free trial);
• buy The Longevity Project guide (£9.99) or Recovery Intelligence (£24.99);
• book an EnduroAge assessment (£249) and other testing;
• book Outpost sessions and buy an Outpost membership (£45 / £99 / £149 per month);
• arrange EnduroPerformance coaching or the one-off call.

Prices are shown on the relevant page in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices, products and features from time to time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but minor variations may occur.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. A contract forms when we confirm your order or booking (or, for subscriptions, when your subscription starts). If we discover an obvious pricing error before we accept your order, we may cancel it and refund any payment. Saved cards and your purchase history are managed through your account and the Stripe billing portal.

Subscriptions (such as EnduroIndex) and Outpost memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can view, change or cancel them at any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal. We will give you reasonable notice of any change to your recurring price. How cancellations, refunds and cooling-off periods work is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

When you book a session you agree to arrive on time, complete any required health screening, and follow the safety rules and staff instructions on site. The Outpost is not always staffed — you may have the space to yourself, so please check in and out each visit. We may refuse or end a session where safety requires it. Session cancellations are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

EnduroPoints is our loyalty scheme (100 points = £1 of reward value). Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are earned and redeemed under the scheme rules in force at the time. Points earned without an account (“guest points”) expire 12 months from the day they are earned; points held in an account do not expire. Redeeming a reward requires an account. We may vary or withdraw the scheme on reasonable notice.

You may use the site for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or copy, resell or exploit our content. All content, branding, marks and design on the site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.

Our products live on their own subdomains and rely on trusted third parties — for example Stripe (payments), our wearable data provider, and email delivery. The site also links out to and embeds third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it. We will try to give reasonable notice of any planned disruption.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from your failure to follow the health screening, safety rules or professional advice.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other legislation — including that services are carried out with reasonable care and skill and that digital content is of satisfactory quality — and nothing here affects those rights.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@enduroliving.co.uk and we will try to put it right. These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies is the one in force when you use the site or place your order.
