Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This page explains which cookies we use, why, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The cookies we use
We group cookies and similar technologies into four kinds:
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site and your account to work: signing you in and carrying your session across our apps, keeping forms and payments secure, and remembering a referral link. These can’t be switched off.
- Preferences — remember choices you make, such as your cookie settings.
- Analytics / performance — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent, and only where we have enabled analytics.
- Payment & security (third party) — set by Stripe when you check out, to process payment and prevent fraud.
2. Key cookies at a glance
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| EnduroLiving session (SSO) | EnduroLiving | Keeps you signed in across enduroliving.co.uk and its apps. Strictly necessary. | Session / up to 30 days |
| Referral (el_ref) | EnduroLiving | Remembers a refer-a-friend link so the right credit is applied. Strictly necessary to the feature. | Up to 30 days |
| Security / anti-fraud | EnduroLiving | Protects forms and sign-in against abuse. | Session |
| Stripe | Stripe | Fraud prevention and secure card payment during checkout. | Session to 1 year |
| Consent choice | EnduroLiving | Remembers your cookie preferences so we don't ask every visit. | Up to 12 months |
This list covers the main cookies you’ll meet. Exact names and durations can change as we update the site; the categories above always apply.
3. Third-party content
Some pages include content served by others, which may set their own cookies. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Our health & safety page embeds a pre-arrival video in privacy-enhanced mode, which sets cookies only if you play it. Our product apps run on their own subdomains and follow this same policy. Each third party has its own privacy and cookie policy.
4. Your choices
Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site can’t work without them. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only set where you have given consent, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.
You can also control cookies through your browser — blocking or deleting them, or browsing privately. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop you signing in or completing a booking. Guidance for common browsers is available at aboutcookies.org.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site changes. For any question about cookies or your data, email info@enduroliving.co.uk.
