Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use the EnduroLiving website, whatever technology they use. This statement explains what we've done, where we know we fall short, and how to get in touch if something isn't working for you.

1. Our aim
We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and to treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than an afterthought. We also have duties under the Equality Act 2010 to avoid discriminating against disabled people and to make reasonable adjustments.
2. What we've done
- Built the pages with semantic, structured HTML and a logical heading order.
- Made the site fully keyboard-operable, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Trapped focus inside the mobile menu and let you close it with the Escape key.
- Checked colour contrast for text and labels against our background colours.
- Given images meaningful text alternatives, and kept decorative images out of the way of screen readers.
- Made the layout responsive and readable from small phones (around 390px) up to large screens, and it reflows when you zoom.
- Respected the ‘reduce motion’ setting, so non-essential animation is turned off for people who prefer that.
3. Known limitations
We’re not perfect yet. We’re aware that:
- Some content embedded from other services — such as the payment checkout and the pre-arrival video — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet the same standard.
- Some documents provided as PDFs (for example our risk assessment) may not be fully accessible; we can provide the information another way on request.
- As we add features we may occasionally introduce issues; we fix them as we find them.
4. Ask for another format
If you need any information on this site in a different format — for example large print, plain text or a format that works with your assistive technology — contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Tell us what isn't working
If you come across a barrier, or you have a suggestion, please tell us — it genuinely helps. Email info@enduroliving.co.uk or call 07951 447093. Let us know the page and what went wrong, and we’ll aim to respond within a few working days.
